Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IronVale Labs, Inc., doing business as Rebuilt Athletics ("Rebuilt Athletics," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit mikerebuilt.com, use the Rebuilt Athletics coaching portal at rebuiltathletics.com, use the Rebuilt Athletics mobile apps for iPhone and Android, or receive coaching services from us (collectively, the "Services"). Please read it together with our Terms of Use.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide.
- Account information: your name, email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), phone number, time zone, and unit preferences.
- Assessment and health information: the answers you give in the initial assessment and in check-ins, which may include your date of birth, height, weight, training history, goals, injury history, medical conditions, medications, physician clearance status, food allergies and dietary restrictions, and emergency contact details.
- Progress information: workout logs, body measurements, nutrition logs, and, if you choose to upload them, progress photographs.
- Apple Health and Health Connect data: only if you turn on sharing in the mobile app, your daily step count, sleep duration, body weight, resting heart rate, and active calories burned, as described in Section 3.
- Location: only while you record a run, walk, ride, or hike in the mobile app, the GPS route, distance, and pace of that session, as described in Section 3.
- Communications: messages you exchange with your coach through the portal, session requests, and notes you add to your check-ins.
- Agreement records: the version, date, time, and network address associated with your acceptance of the Waiver, these policies, and any other agreement.
Gainsheet™. If you link your Gainsheet™ account to your coaching record, we receive the plan information you authorized there and the logged workouts, food totals, weigh-ins and check-ins you chose to share, and we keep them with your client record under this policy. You can end the link from Gainsheet™ at any time, and your coach can end it from here.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services we collect limited technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages or features you use, together with server logs used for security and troubleshooting. The portal uses a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on the portal.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Charges appear on your statement as REBUILT ATHLETICS. Your full card number and bank details are provided directly to Stripe and are never stored by Rebuilt Athletics. We receive and retain only a payment reference, the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and the transaction history necessary to manage your subscription and comply with accounting obligations.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- design, deliver, and adjust your coaching program, nutrition guidance, and check-ins;
- assess whether we can coach you safely and whether physician clearance should be requested;
- communicate with you about your program, sessions, billing, and account;
- process payments and manage subscriptions;
- maintain the security and integrity of the Services, prevent abuse, and keep records required by law;
- keep records of the agreements you have accepted; and
- improve the Services, using aggregated information that does not identify you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information or photographs for advertising.
3. Health Information
Rebuilt Athletics is not a healthcare provider, and the information you share with us is not covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We nonetheless treat all health-related information, and all progress photographs, as sensitive. Within the portal such information is visible only to you, to the coach or coaches assigned to you, and to the platform administrator. Progress photographs are stored outside the public web root, are never displayed publicly, and will not be used in any marketing or comparison material without your separate, express, written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Apple Health and Health Connect. The mobile app can connect to Apple Health on iPhone and to Health Connect on Android. The connection is optional and is off until you turn it on under Account, Health and devices. When it is on:
- What we read: daily totals for your step count, sleep duration, body weight, resting heart rate, and active calories burned, for the most recent seven days. The app sends these totals to our servers, where they are stored with your progress record.
- How we use it: solely to provide your coaching. Your steps fill in your step habit, your weight is added to your progress chart, and these values are shown to you and to your coach in your progress and weekly summary so your coach can adjust your training, activity, and nutrition targets.
- What we write: on iPhone, when you record a run, walk, ride, or hike in the app, the session, its distance, and its route are saved to Apple Health on your device. The app does not write to Health Connect on Android.
- Who sees it: you, the coach or coaches assigned to you, and the platform administrator. It is handled by the service providers described in Section 4 only as needed to operate the Services.
- What we never do: we do not sell this data, use it for advertising or marketing, share it with data brokers, or use it to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, or employment.
- Your control: you can turn sharing off at any time in the app, or remove the app's access in the Health app on iPhone or in Health Connect settings on Android. After that, nothing further is read. Values already sent remain in your progress record until you ask your coach to delete them or delete your account as described in Section 6.
Our use of information received from Health Connect complies with the Health Connect Permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and our use of information received from Apple Health complies with Apple's HealthKit requirements.
Location. The mobile app uses your device's precise location only while you are recording a run, walk, ride, or hike that you started. Recording continues while your screen is locked or the app is in the background so that your distance and pace are accurate, and a notification is shown on Android for as long as it runs. Recording stops when you finish the session. We do not collect your location at any other time. The route, distance, and pace are stored with that session and are visible to you and to your coach. Location details are removed from progress photographs before they are stored.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors that help us operate the Services, including Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (transactional notifications), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers may access information only as needed to perform their services for us and are obligated to protect it.
- Coaches. With the coach or coaches assigned to you, who are bound to keep your information confidential.
- Legal requirements. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rebuilt Athletics, our clients, or others.
- Emergencies. With emergency responders, using your emergency contact information, if we reasonably believe you are in danger.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, in which case the recipient will be bound by this Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Services. If you close your account or request deletion, we anonymize or delete your personal information, including health information and photographs, within the retention period shown in the portal, except that we retain billing and agreement records for as long as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and we may retain information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
6. Your Choices and Rights
From the account area of the portal you can update your profile, change notification preferences, review the agreements you have accepted, request a complete export of your data, deactivate your account, or request deletion of your account. You may withdraw consent to the use of progress photographs at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We will honor such requests as required by law and will verify your identity before acting on them.
7. Security
We protect your information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access controls, audit logging of significant actions, storage of uploaded files outside the public web root, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for signing out on shared devices.
8. Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18) years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party sites, including affiliate links to products we recommend. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will post the revised policy in the portal, update the effective date, and, where appropriate, ask you to review and accept it before continuing to use the Services.
11. Contact
Questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal information may be directed to Rebuilt Athletics through the coaching portal or through the contact information published at mikerebuilt.com.
